PROPOSAL
Everybody in New York will turn on their vacuum cleaner at the same time. This will create a giant black hole, which if my calculations are precise, will hover over the Statue of Liberty about 15 feet in the air.

THEN WHAT?
Then we throw pieces of art into it stolen from various collections across the city.

THIS IS REALLY GREAT, BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
It means we get the chance to reduce several items of fine art into a quantum singularity, hence raising serious issues in the timeless debate of art vs. science.

HOW MUCH MONEY DO I WANT?
About $300 billion.
